If You Don’t Feel Comfortable, Don’t Do It

For many of our customers, connecting with us is the very first time that they find themselves buying or selling an antique or collectible. There’s a bit of intimidation stepping into the unknown and, of course, they are concerned about money, as in spending too much or getting too little.

We completely understand and that’s why we take the time to get to know our customers, educate them, and learn about their wants and needs.

At Syl-lee we strive to create long-term relationships and not one-off “deals,” and even if you never have the opportunity to buy or sell anything again, we don’t feel comfortable unless we create that bond.

We also believe that if you don’t feel comfortable, then you shouldn’t go further. There is no reason in the world to feel as if you are being rushed or fooled. Buying and selling antiques and collectibles is our bread and butter, and we know it is most certainly not yours.

Here are our core values:

  • Treat every customer with respect and thoughtfulness
  • Provide information and education so the customer can make an informed decision
  • Be fair, honest, and transparent in all of our dealings
  • Offer advice even if the situation isn’t right for us

We treat our customers and potential customers the way we want to be treated. Honestly, we don’t feel that there is any other way.

Please connect with us when you are moving, downsizing, or realize that you have items that you no longer want or need.

You may be able to sell and get some money for things that are sitting in your basement, attic, or storage unit. Conversely, you may be able to acquire the watch or piece of furniture that you’ve wanted for years.

And please remember that if you’re speaking with someone that is raising doubts, don’t take action until you feel 100% comfortable.
